organic gardening
questionmark asked:

Hi - Is it better to drink apple cider vinegar thats unpasteurized/organic etc..or the normal supermarket variety like american garden or heinz etc..is ok?

Is there a big difference in the way they benefit ur health or is the supermarket variety useless?

Commercial fruit juices are nothing more than sugar water with fruit flavoring and other bad things that guarantee a longer shelf life - and definitely not good for you.
Go to a health food store that offers a variety of cold pressed organic juice.
Better still, buy a juicer and get 100% benefits of fruits and vegetables.

It’s true. Commercial fruit juices are full of sugar and usually 10% or less fruit juice. My advice is to read the label. High Fructose Corn Syrup is basically concentrated super sweet sugar. It’s hard for your body to process and I beleive it makes people gain weight. Organic juices should not have this and should be 100% juice. Much healthier! My motto is if I can’t pronounce it in the ingredient list–I don’t eat or drink it.
