Also, I have read some of the bill. It is obvious you have not. I may not be a genious, however, here are some basics:

I have been e-mailing my Senator like mad.
I just keep getting responses that he is working hard for New York. Our country is screwed. We will become a poor and overly socialized. I am sick to my stomach. Civilization was started on hunting and gathering. We will lose our guns and seeds. Control this and it’s the start of Marshal Law. Plus Napolitano wants to put some type of chip in our driver license. All this socialism has been being built for the past 40 years. I don’t want to believe this is happening in the USA. I would tell people about how this control is being developed for the past 18 years. Now friends of mine are saying I can not believe you were right with your prediction. I hate to “say I told you so” that the demise of our country would start in the 21st century. Kiss our US Constitution and “Bill of Rights” goodbye.
I am truly afraid.
HR 875 and HR 2749 will end the identity of our country.
This will not effect organic farming or backyard gardening. if you read the actual bill you will see this as they bill is all about the FDA and will not effect the USDA which is thedept that regulates farming including organic. And as long as you are not selling processed foods from your back yard garden you will be fine
The other thing is this bill is sitting in committee and likely won’t make it out and die there (there are many claims that this bill is on the fast track. It is not)
