Brown spots yellow leaves on elm tree?

I just planted a hybrid elm tree (dutch elm disease resistant) in my yard, and I noticed some of the leaves have brown splotches and are turning yellow.
I also have some bug munching the leaves, but the brown spots concern me more.

What could this be, and what can I use to clear it up?
I do organic gardening and would prefer a non-chemical solution for this, but whatever works will be fine right now.

It could be from lack of water.

elm beatles attack all kinds of elm trees ,dutch elm disease is a fungas that the elm beatle carry. it mayneed a little more water. do not over fertillize.
