Your question is not really a question; it’s a statement.

Your details are a sort of a question, so I will try to answer that and keep the former in mind.

I agree.

The problem is, most people do. You have just described The Garden of Eden.

ALL of those questions are ideals. If such a place existed, everyone would move there, and it would quickly run downhill. Criminals are attracted to rich people and wealth. Living in a place with lots of sunshine and a pristine environment either costs a lot of money - or lacks amenities like city water, electricity, nearby stores, neighbors, etc.

I think there are some cults that run communes that have what you are describing but they often turn out to have a lot of social problems going on in them.

Sounds like the sort of place you are looking for is not near any city and heavy traffic, outside of a metropolitan suburban area, and for your allergies - possibly away from places with lots of vegetation. Perhaps someplace dry.

You might want to look at New Mexico or Arizona. They are pretty dry and have lots of sunshine. They are quite warm by day. Cold at night but then, you don’t get sun at night either.

Lots of farming going on out west. Some use greenhouses. I would think there would be fewer pests in a greenhouse out in the desert than in a woodland area. So they might be using a lot less pesticides.

I can only speak for places I know, which are just in the United States. If I were you, and you are in the US, I would give those 2 states a close look.
