If nature doesn’t get to it first, animals will. Either way it’s fine.

IT IS ACCEPTABLE TO THROW APPLE CORES AT THE PUBLIC FROM WITHIN THE GARDEN.

any answer here is not likely to sway your opinion, but, here goes….organics should be composted, throwing it on the ground will leave food for mice/rats/bugs……..put it in a plastic bag and take it home to compost correctly.

It’s perfectly ok as long as they’re off any walking paths and hopefully behind some foliage so as to not deface the aesthetic quality of the landscaping.

No. Consider it like spitting. If spitting isn’t acceptable then neither is discarding your core.

It’s all a matter of perception. Some people may find it dirty, and so, no one should do it for their sake. That is what etiquette is all about.

Throw them in the trash, properly. Just laying out free, they’re going to draw unwanted little guests.

well now they have a rodent problem because of your great idea.

it is also against the law I believe to strew garbage in the garden.
It would have to be real compost before putting it in the garden.
