o hd a pretty busy day. i had a dance competition so my eating schedule was a little off, which is why i am asking this. i am looking to maintain my current weight.

breakfast-
1 medium banana
1 tbsp organic peanut butter
1 slices of cinnamon toast (80 cal)
1/4 tbsp butter with canola oil

lunch-
1 slices rye/pump swirl bread (80) with 5 slices turkey and 1 slice fat free cheese
carrot sticks
organic pretzels
dannon lightfit yogurt
fruitabu

then we went to the 99 and i got:
1 bowl minestrone soup (i didn’t finish it)
and a garden salad with NO CROUTONS AND NO DRESSING

snack-
1/2 low-carb flax wrap (50)
3 slices turkey

dessert-
1 weight waters ice cream cone (140)

was i healthy today? tips/suggestions? was my restaurant choice healthy? thanks
usually i dont have that much turkey. like i said it was a weird day
second, my nutritionist told me to eat more fat, and that butter was a good way to get it.

Well Youa re eating very healthy… thats great… but maybe add a littl emore food to your diet….if you dont eat enough or stop eating your body will go into starvation mode.. which means your body will start with the body fat then muscles , etc…. but if after not eating enough you go back to eatling like you were before the diet your body will just gain all the weight back… I hope this helps.

things I would omit:
the butter, the number of turkey slices you have in a day (8?!), the slice of cheese, and the pretzels.

I would swap out some of the processed foods like yogurt and bread for fruits and vegetables. You have 1 banana, carrots, a garden salad (which at many places amounts to little nutrion), in your entire day. You gotta get your 5 a day. Make sure you get vegetables since they are lower in sugars and calories than fruits.
