if I put a sign up to sell eggplants will many people come?

I love eggplants and that would get me over to buy a couple. However it’s kind of a veg that you either love or hate. It’s not like cherries or corn that will have everyone running over. Maybe post on craigslist. You might have a restaurant calling you.

I’d do it. Why not? If I could get people to buy my sage and rosemary, I’d do it. Everyone I know just gives stuff away. I’d stop by a roadside stand to pick up produce.
