Where in England is best to live for a family?

The family - African Americans
the parents are in their 40s
father is an landscape/architect (home construction) - enjoys training dogs (schutzhund style)
mother works in the school system - enjoys growing fresh foods (gardening)/organic
the kids (3 of them; 2 younger girls and the eldest is a boy) range from ages 8-16
family has pets, german shepherds and a cat

Where in England would they be most comfortable?

Concerns:
Good work
good schools (international, private, preparatory)
An area with friendly people, low crime and a diverse community
@RR - thats a bit to far rural. We just want a reasonable amount of space, not that much. Its a beautiful area though, but just to far rural.
Space is wanted but something of a reasonable sized background or a front yard.
As for the visa my mom and dad are taking care of that. And the pets have all had their required shots and they have their papers (breed history) as required to bring them into the country - they are all allowed breeds too. They also have passports as well.
