SCIENCE FAIR HELP [organic food vs artificial] recipes?

So I’m currently working on my science fair and i need help with ONE part of it
I’m doing mine on Artificial food [conventional] Vs Organic food. And im seeing if people can tell the difference between the two.
I’ve all ready done my research and now all i need to do is the expirement.
I need to make two of the same dishes, one using all processed foods and all organic. but im stuck because it all needs to be the same variable except for the Processes VS artificial. Baisically I need to make them form scratch.

SO do any of you guys have any recepies that are somewhat simple[Im in 8th grade] and that its possible to follow the guidelines above ^^
