Allergic reaction to food pesticides?

Organic produce claims to have no pesticides. However, my mouth still itches after eating certain organic fruits and vegetables. I saw an allergist and he confirmed what I am allergic to. He told me that he can not test for allergies to pesticides. Any suggestions on how I can eat healthy? I’ve also tried locally grown produce and my mouths still get irritated.
