Something seems to be eating the things in my garden related to the cabbage family. I can only assume it is a cabbage worm, although I have not seen any bugs on anything - just the residual holes in the leaves.
I have an organic garden don’t want to spray any type of pesticide. Any ideas?

I really want to make an organic garden, because of all the crap and chemicals they are adding to vegetables and fruits today. I want to give my family healthy, organic food and i was wondering if anyone can give me steps and tips on how to make a good organic garden. I live in Miami, fl .. very hott and sunny all day.
Because of rising food prices, I want to learn how to grow my own vegetables organically. However, I don’t really know where to start. So what are good resources or places to learn? Organic gardening classes or websites?
I want a decent size organic garden. I would like a lot of tomatoes, green beans, herbs, zuccine, eggplant, squash, lettuces, peppers, and corn. When do I start? Can I start them from seeds now? What can I plant to keep pests away? Any advise would be great.
